Don't sleep on Meteor shower. The damage shown is per meteor. Add a bit of aoe and you're set. It'll melt everything

It also synergises rly grt with other area effect abilities he likes like Blizzard and Fire Wall. If he had a build of only AoE skills then it wud do way more dmg than all these times he takes a mix of types. Same if he went all fire or all lightnin, but i feel Area is the best thing to go for there bcuz of how big the area of effect can get.

One of the best builds is all effects on attacks like bleed, poison, doom, fragility, etc. and stack attack speed with it and use bloodlust, if you stack enough doom you can delete the bosses with all the doom stacks, there's also the ability that makes all effects double for 6 seconds after a crit

Got inspired last night and played for the first time. Full summon build is easy. Won my 2nd run with full summon + Bloodlust. Shotgun for extra AOE burn, chill, doom, fatigue debuffs on all my attacks.

If you get the right skills using the buckshot character, Buckshot with lots of area and multi shot in combo with a really stacked bloodlust is quite the shredder, just a single summoning skill and you can basically just walk around and never take damage, Had a run like that bosses lasted all of about 5 seconds when fragility started stacking up.

Barbarian with Tribal War Axes is kinda low key broken. Double Slash (Get them double casts, attack speed, catch those physical melee passives right up), Throw Axe (Get all the passives here), Subdue (This if fragility), Thrust (Always this), Bloodlust (Get them stacks faster), Piercing Shout (Make things hit harder on things that last and be a physical and instant passive type placeholder), Might (Hit harder and good to go with either piercing shout or bloodlust and good for potentially getting a buff passive, like duration or frequency), Filler Melee (any as a placeholder to increase likelihood of getting melee/instant passives) , (Maybe Festering Strike with Blood Poison build). Skipping out on crit chance because crit chance isn't needed. You can use attack speed as crit chance with blood stacking. And you either do Festeringe strike in place of subdue if you're focusing blood poison in passives, instead of fragility, the wound effects passive is good for a free 20% crit chance and freezing, If you can get crits causing bleeding passive, you'll see number gradually being crits. Either blood poison tribal war axe bar or blood fragility tribal war axe barb are nutty, you're like a blade mower. =D

Doom is actually mad good. All you really need is the void skill and then just crank up the area, damage, and multicast chance. If the stacked damage from doom would go above their total health it just auto kills the target. I've had it execute the final boss from half health. Also, summons are mad good too. The skeletal archers just demolish everything around you pretty much

you want an better combo?, use abilities that apply poison and doom effect, and use Chaos Golem its incredibly tough and does a lot of damage, if you are lucky enough you can get an legendary power-up that doubles the Golems unit number allowing you to have 2 golems

the devs of this game are kinda shit tbh, and the "new" boss they added is literally the same boss again with all the same attacks but blue and with ice particles instead of poison particles lmao. I'll watch DF vids regardless, cause its something to do and I like DF, but I really am not a fan of this game in general due to the utter lack of balance or challenge, and the devs responses to people in the community tab. Despite a large number of people having issues seeing literally anything happening with their character and losing track of their character, the devs response was "all games in this genre are like that, we will not be adjusting anything to make visibility better" despite this being literally the only survival arena game I've played that actually has visibility issues with your own character tracking due to your own skills. Knowing where you are is literally the most important thing in these games, and that kind of response from a dev really doesnt bode well for the longevity or balance of the game in the future, I'd literally rather play any of the many incredible games in this genre being put out by better devs

hey incase anyone is wondering the doom heart upgrade DF keeps avoiding is actually one of the most broken things in the game, if you get that upgrade just 4 times then each stack of doom on enemys does 500 damage, and it has a 20% chance of applying a stack everyone time you hit something, plus the thing that makes it better than burn or poison is the fact that if doom stacks up more damage over time on an enemy then they have life left, then the enemy instantly dies, its extra broken against bosses. also can someone tell him that stacking one type of attack, e.g. all physical or all magic, or all ranged, then he can get upgrades that increase damage or area or multicast chance for every attack of that type
