I'm probably gonna get hate for saying this lmao but after hearing what Simon says idec. Here you've got Simon, giving Alex his duely earnt respect, saying he's actually a very nice guy. Then you've got JJ, who's too stubborn to let go of 3 year old beef and was making fun of Alex in his video, calling him shit in instagram comments and refused to put his name in the title because "He's so irrelevant". It wasn’t just him some of the others were acting childish. Vitaly’s opponent (I forget his name) was acting pretty childish in the press conference. Plus he head butted Vitaly 3 times yet didn’t get disqualified for it. This is boxing not wrestling. The childish behaviour of Deji and others in the press conference brings shame on the more mature boxers.

I’m not that much older than Deji (about 5 or 6 months older give or take) and yet the way he behaves like a child or immature teenager makes me feel embarrassed. I know it’s not uncommon for those in their early 20s to still act like teenagers but when you hit mid 20s you need to start ditching that behaviour and actually grow up. Deji can’t keep acting like a childish clown till he’s 30. Or 40. And his tough guy talk he needs to drop that too. It’s clear he doesn’t have the mentality in him to properly fight. Yes he’s dodging punches good for him but where’s his offence? I don’t know who Deji intends on fighting next but he better step up his game. Otherwise if he loses again undercard or main event he should throw in the towel. Yes some say quitting is a sign of weakness but on the flip side it can turn out to be the best decision in the long run. PS: I’m sure Deji’s fans will unleash hell on me but even they need to see the pattern that’s emerging with Deji’s attitude towards boxing. He’s done 3 fights in 3 or 4 years and lost them all. If the problem is not him then who or what is the problem?
