Are you serious, friend? If you're serious I have to say no. Zaur has always had this type of problem, his wrist has always been very weak and as soon as he loses his wrist, and this is not a rare thing, he has absolutely no counter moves. This is a genetic limit and with this problem he has 0 chances, not only against Gasparini, Levan and Devon, but also of being in the top 10...

@youtubeyo142 Zaur has a strong arm (obviously, he weighs almost 170kg, how can he have weak arms), but damn, his wrist is ridiculous. Another guy who has a strong arm but not a great wrist is Morozov, I can bet with everyone that his hype will drop when he faces Levan, (he will be absolutely destroyed there), Gasparini, Laletin etc. Gia took them hard from Georgi, her wrist couldn't hold up even for 1 second, (and when your wrist is so weak you can do something, but not much, you were unlucky on a genetic level). this is my prediction.

@@kasavaman007 uhh you don’t “break” a bicep for one… And two…you don’t train anything as hard as you used to if you lack confidence in your bicep. Not everybody fully recovers from injuries which is why alot of athletes retire from their respective sports after major injuries. Clearly zaur is nowhere near his level of a year or 2 ago. Even his weight training they show his weights are much lower than they used to be.

Man stop.. zaur had zero accolades to back-up the hype there was behind him. His only important win was against and half injured vitaly laletin in a best of One match. Zaur was never that strong.

@@mence5992 He was really strong, there's a practice session I've seen somewhere, Zaur is flash pinning Cyplenkov like nothing. He suddenly became weak, maybe because of the surgery.

The dude Sergei is not a joke man. I saw him destroying guys (including young school boy) in arm wrestling Tv videos back in the day. But yeah, Zaur definitely should be good enough to get him

Zaur was always over hyped, he's not a supermatch type puller, he's just not cut out for it and now he's struggling in tourney events too which is his calling

I totally agree. He litterally was hyped for nothing. He won a best of One match against and half i jured vitaly and pinned a couple of times Denis in a practice.. even his backpressure lift had bad form and the only time he tried to do It Like Ermes his bicep snapped. Totally overhyped

Ermes Gasparini predicted it 1 year ago more or less, he said he saw a Zaur match and his wrist felt like butter, and actually his wrist is really bad. from the point of view of his arm Zaur is not to be underestimated, but with that wrist and with the total inability to continue fighting once he loses the wrist he has no chance of facing people like Levan, Ermes and all those below on equal terms. I don't think it's even in the top 10. @anmolmishra45 is definitely better than Paizulaev, he understands the fact that with his wrist you have to be versatile otherwise it's a big problem... But the thing I don't like is the hype, he received too much hype for a good long period , I read a lot of people saying that he would beat Gasparini, that he could beat Levan and similar craziness, then they realized that he has a really weak wrist and the hype immediately dropped impressively. People are out of their minds O.o

@anmolmishra45 now the hype is not so high, because he showed difficulties with his wrist, but before this we heard crazy things, he had so much hype about him that the percentages of his possible victory over Levan were very high. i.e. there were a lot of people who gave Morozov with his favorite hook on Levan... I think that if you try to put Leva in hook he will break your arm first hahahha

Pre bicep injury I really thought Zaur may be the next one to give a fight to Levan but it’s not looking very good for him anymore.. Zaur should pull Arif Ertem or Corey West next in my opinion. He’s definitely not at the elite level of super heavyweight arm wrestlers right now.

All this Zaur hype started really taking off when he was practicing with Dennis who like gets pinned by some of hes other training partners also and recently start editing it out. But Zaur doing it gave a lot of people hope that he might be the one to give Levan a fight but again he was pinning Dennis who I don’t consider being Elite anymore. But the hype was enough to get hes name up until guys like Vitaly and georgi showed up and showed the Real Level of Zaur. Hes good but he’s no threat to any of the top guys.

I see a lot of comments about bicep. You know that Georgi Cvetkov literally had the worst possible scenario wirh bicep surgery on left and little bit better on the right. Yeah and he is still world-level. Devon had bicep surgery and he was #1 for a while in SHW. Genadi had a bicep surgery and is preparing. You just making excuses to poor performance of Zaur.

But zaur was too good during the time he trained with denis and when he pulled 100 kg on pronator.but after the injury he is down ,recovered but lost all his peak strength that he had before.
