I got to see Little Big Town open for Charlie Daniels band on 4th of July a decade ago at Fort Bragg. I was so lucky to meet them backstage, especially after their killer live version of BoonDocks. Omg such a thrill! But I'll always love Little White Church the best.

I heard an interview where they said that Fleetwood Mac was a big influence on them, specifically the harmonies. Karen (I think) said that no matter who sang lead in the verses of a Fleetwood Mac song, when the harmonies came in in the chorus, they always had that distinctive Fleetwood Mac sound to them. So LBT wanted to do the same thing.

Jimi Westbrook - the guy signing lead Philip Sweet - vocals Kimberly Schlapman - blonde singer with curly hair ( she has a cooking show and I love her 😍) Karen Fairchild - brunette vocals Karen & Jimi are married but only got together after the group was formed! The women were a group and the guys were another group! Not sure how they met but they decided to join up and the rest is history! This is a great band!! Hey Rob Squad... I had a migraine headache yesterday... a lot of rain and a couple of T-storms went through here . I was asleep when you posted this but I am feeling much better this morning... happens to be my best friends 50th Birthday. We grew up in the Burbs but we both had relatives in the Boondocks and spent a great deal of our childhood summers there . I didn't realize that Amber was that deep in back... this was great to learn this about her. Amber ( hope I am spelling that right ) has the sweetest personality... she is what we call " a doll baby"... just someone very cute and sweet . I have traveled to the city a few times and it's great to visit... I still live in the Burbs but I am grateful for my childhood memories in the Boondocks... some of my favorite moments in my life were spent in the Boondocks. Why I haven't mentioned or requested Little Big Town before... I have no clue why... Little Big Town has been my favorite band since 2005 when I first heard their song The Boondocks . They have a lot of great songs... so many! There is another video of theirs " Better Man" I like a lot and the song is deep and meaningful but it doesn't have that Boondocks sound... usually when videos are made bands are requested by the labels to Not make the new song to sound like that last song to show their variety... to me No song is going to be as great as that Boondocks sound . Love to you and your little ones and looking forward to many more reactions here . Thank you both!

There are a few groups like this with the great harmonies. Try 'Bring It On Home To Me', 'A Little More You', 'Day Drinking', or 'Little White Church' from Little Big Town. If you want another group with male/female mix try Gloriana - 'Wild at Heart', 'How Far Do You Wanna Go?', or '(Kissed You) Good Night'. Another group would be Lady Antebellum (Lady A). 'Need You Now' 'I Run To You', 'Just a Kiss', and 'Love Don't Live Here' are all good choices. Finally the group Love and Theft has a great song in 'Dancing In Circles'. A couple others are 'World Wide Open' or 'Me Without You'. All four groups have great harmonies.

Thank you for being the beautiful humans we need in this world. I absolutely love watching your reactions. I have been watching reaction videos for some time now and you two are by far my favorite. I can tell that you two are a wonderful loving couple and you make my heart happy when I see you two doing a reaction. If I may, I would like to suggest that you react to the acapella group Home Free's cover of John Mayer's "In the Blood" kzbin.info/www/bejne/l2K3oqN-a7WNeNE&feature=share And for the piano loving Jordan, Barry Manilow is a must. "Weekend In New England" kzbin.info/www/bejne/iIO6fpyueJqdprM and "I Write The Songs" kzbin.info/www/bejne/rHmslXt_jMuhopY And to speed things up a bit "Copacabana" kzbin.info/www/bejne/qqC5aX-Ybs1jjNU I know you both will like these artists. Y'all are special people, continue spreading the smiles. God Bless Jerry Stoneking Christiansburg VA.

I totally get it Angela, I grew up on farm, but it was in Iowa. My poor dad, got 3 daughters. We worked hard, feeding cows, pigs, bailing hay, hauling fire wood, etc. We played down at the creek, making up games while we jumped across huge hay bales, made tree houses, rode our bikes up and down the graved road, etc. This was the 70's. You're right, we all had to have a good imagination. And as much as I was jealous of my friends riding their bikes on pavement in the nearby small town, I wouldn't trade the way I grew for anything.

Oh yeah!!! This song is soooooo relatable!!!! We moved out to a farm in the country, when our kids were little. Had them out doing chores, playing in woods, and just being healthy strong farm kids!! Nothing better!! They've got work ethics like ya just don't see much anymore ❣️❣️❣️..... Totally loving this!!

Little Big Town are soooo awesome!! They have so many hit songs!! "Tornado" is a great song and video. But they have do many now compared to two years ago. "On The Pontoon" is a HUGE hit and very fun! You'll love all of their many hit songs ...pick one you'll love it. "Girl Crush" is another GREAT hit song. The beautiful ladies and their harmony really make the videos. I love living in the south and growing up was so much fun and staying outside all day and when mama yelled for us at twilight to come in ... too much fun ....we had huge gardens and lits of fruit trees so if we got hungry in the summer time we'd grab an apple or a pear or grapes or a vegetable from thr garden. I am soooo thankful we didn't have electronics growing up. We got dirty and had a blast and there was six of us kids. I wouldn't trade my childhood in the south for nothing! 😊❤

just watched this again, and that point Amber made about having to have imagination growing up is spot on and unforunately too many kids nowadays are glued to some kind of device and not learning that way of thinking but that was definitely something that I cherish now looking back on things, and shaped who I am today...oh I remember you mentioning something about maybe doing movie reactions so wanted to mention if you wanna get to 100k pretty quick I think, and if one or both haven't seen them I highly suggest Shawshank Redemption and then The Green Mile to start with...subscribers will follow I promise (tho it does hinge on that first time watching thing of course, but I'd love to see a reaction to those from you two if possible)

I work for an Appliance repair shop, and we have done work for Phillip Sweet several times. He is the one that is doing only done background vocals and playing the guitar. I have talked to him a few times and his wife a lot. They are really nice people even when there was an ongoing issue with one of their appliances they were understanding and did not have a fit about it unlike other Musicians here in the Nashville area. Another singer that we had done work for and is super nice and friendly is Chris Daughtry.

I was so exceited when I saw this in your reaction. I love LBT, they are great, and that distinctive soulnd you hear is actually a dobro, I love the banjo as well, but that dobro is so unique. It uses a metal body that acts as its resonator and the slide styple playing that sweet, sweet, sweet slide sound. Love it, Awesome and thank you.

I was born and raised in north Jersey. Never heard any country as there were no country stations in NYC. I moved to Florida in the early 00’s as a teen and this song changed the game for me. It was sooo different and fun!! And those harmonies!! I quickly became a humongous fan of them and bought all of their albums. So good!! 👌🏼👍🏼 I thoroughly enjoyed your reaction and how you related!! 😃😃

Ahh so glad you guys checked this one out. All four members of this group are fantastic vocalists and their harmonies are gorgeous. Must listens are Girl Crush, Pontoon, Tornado, Bones, Girl Crush, One Dance (produced by Pharrell) and Better Man. My favourite song is Wounded, with Kimberly (the blonde) on the lead vocals. You should also check out some of their KZbin videos on their Scattered, Mothered and Covered series where they cover Lady Gaga, Bruno Mars, Adele and others. My favourite is their cover of Moves Like Jagger by Maroon 5/Christina Aguilera. So much banjo. And their harmonies.
