for the cart with the holes on only one side: it might be a perspective shot executed poorly. since the left is sort of where the audience is looking from, and the wheel was sort of pointing left, the holes would be more apparent on that side. I could be wrong though, I only have the small clip in this video to go off of and I havent seen that ep in years 😅
