Patois is basically spoken by most black people in the UK even if they're not Jamaican or even from the Caribbean. Abra is Ghanaian and he speaks Patois like a true yardie lol and he speaks Twi too. Jamaican influence in street culture in the UK has been huge since Jamaicans came here in the 50's, in big cities like London, Birmingham, Manchester etc the Jamaican influence is everywhere. Even white people say things like "wagwan" lol it's just normal now.
