In my opinion they are not. Herod is more masculine and not sweet as Arabesque. I definitely prefer Arabesque.

Thanks for your video. I love this brand! I bought a gorgeous discovery set (10 ml vials!!) that I am enjoying so much. So far, I have a 50 ml bottle of Andalusian Soul, am eying Rosa Mocinega and Emerald. I just loooooove the magnificent bottles! Will have to try Rococo. Oh, and I really hope to add Queen of the Night to my collection someday. ❤

Dear Noura, I blind-bought Mandarin Carnival a couple of years ago because I knew it was a safe buy as a citrus lover in California. I needed to have one of those beautiful bottles and packaging. I feel it resembles LVEB Rose Extraordinaire, only Mandarin Carnival is fresher and LVEB is denser. Let me share that I blind-bought Musc Noir Rose after hearing you repeatedly praise it. Yesterday I received the package and I'm enjoying it so far. It's my first Narciso Rodriguez perfume.

I'm not italian. I'm half egyptian half german and live in Italy now for 18 years
