Some of these weapons have a third function! I can list them all. And some items in better detail. Annoying Baby Gun: Pressing R will turn you into a baby. Exploding Banana Gnome Gun: Pressing R fires an explosive shell that launches flechettes in a circle. The Dollar can lure NPCS and SNPCS alike, they'll pretty much move towards the money to pick it up. Right click makes nearby npcs move towards you. The Chinese Yuan (That's the other currency) alt fire is an AoE that damages enemies, it's reminiscent of an old radio swep that did something similar. You need a lot of ammo to use it cause it'll drain for as long as you have enough ammo. Also it has a really fast fire rate. The Wrath Weapon: Pressing R fires a deadly sphere of energy that instant kills anything it touches and anyone unfortunate enough to be caught in the blast. The SMG1000: Pressing R, don't remember too fully, will fire an smg that explodes into multiple smgs that or it pretty much fires an smg that fires more smgs. Taser: Don't remember too much but I think it's either an AoE tase effect or does AoE Damage. Healing Supplies: It's pretty much the default medkit swep but heals a bit more, can heal you, players, and npcs, the only difference is that you need a large stockpile so it doesn't disappear from your inventory. Turret Placer: As long as you have it out, pressing E on props, npcs, or the turrets themselves gives you more turrets, pressing M2 places a Red Turret which idk what the difference is, and same thing like the medical supplies, if you run out, it'll disappear from your inventory.
