Same here. Expensive and still need to figure out how to pay for the rest of it. But, this is a must have for me. Big SS fan along with some of the other included games. I wonder what their preorder limit was?

I was initially going to go with one of the other options but after thinking about it I thought that I may never have this opportunity again to get something this close to the real thing. Actually better! I ordered at 12:01 Friday. Curious to see what my serial number will be.

I don’t have the room for it unfortunately And also built my own mini version which I’m enjoying But I’m thinking about the AlU option . The pedestal is a good version as well I already have a few pedestals and I think that’s enough .

Totally agreed, KFox... the Super Sprint pedestal ($900+) will be the "sweet spot" of their line. I might have preordered one already, if they had it available. As it is, they're saying "late 2024," which will likely be when things like Ms. Pac-Man XL, John D's Capcom project, and who knows what else hits the market. It might be a missed opportunity to wait that long. Oh, and one more thing... X-Men '97 was hardly a success. The actual production was 2,000 units (or fewer), and it's not exacly sold out. John D. has said 3,000 units was basically the break-even point, so this was likely another failure that put them into bunker-down mode.

19kfox, I almost fell out of my chair laughing when the Arcade1Up rep said we can finally bring these arcade games home. That's strange, because I've been playing Arcade1Up's at home since 2018 :) What a horrible delivery by this new Arcade1Up guy. Sounded like he was awkwardly trying to hit bullet points with no understanding on how to clearly convey the message. What a mess. I do appreciate that it may turn some off that all cabinets don't match, whether it be lightup or no lightup marquee, riser, no riser, etc, but as a person who grew up in Arcades in the 70s and 80s, used to, and celebrate, the lack of cabinet uniformity, it was an exciting time and a wonderland of different shapes and designs. Moving everything to a Deluxe form factor doesn't excite me and is actually a turn off. And of course, I'm a fan of risers, but I want there to be options for all. And yes, in the 90s I noticed more cabinet uniformity, especially with the Capcom's with their big blue and big red designs, and Neo Geo, of course. But rows of same looking cabinets doesn't do it for me, and maybe that was a small part of why arcades became less interesting to some over time (and of course the major reason was consoles eventually outpacing what was in the arcades). But I also appreciate that people aren't me, and for those who want an all Deluxe form factor world from Arcade1Up, it looks like they may be getting their wish, but for me, transforming my Home Arcade into some uniformed row of cabinets doesn't interest me. Oh, and as far as XL's. I guess I'm ok with Arcade1Up possibly ditching that effort as they never seemed interested in putting acceptable displays in them. Sure, it's cool they're bigger, but not putting in a proper screen is a big turnoff to me. Great stream Fox! vgv
