the Wild C.A.T.s figure was a comic from Wildstrom Comics, till DC absorbed them... it was created by Jim Lee ,Brandon Choi. (created in 1992 had a cartoon too)... and her name is Zealot (Lady Zannah)... and that Zealot was spot on and cool

I would like to point out that the tattoo arm military woman is not an action figure if you saw when the arm was flipped around it has a square peg meaning the arms can’t move and is probably a figurine or a statue
