Yesterday I went to a small shop (in a very small town at the country side) where they sell households stuff which also sells a few Pokémon articles. The owner told me he is getting a few Blooming Waters and I ordered one. He said he is getting new stuff directly from a distributor of Pokémon. It was fun meeting him, we both told our stories of how much we like Pokémon (both older guys 😅) and now he will give me a call when he is ordering stuff. Nice aye? Here in Holland it is 99 eur for Blooming Waters

Ive talked to all my local card shops and each one said out of the 100 etbs they ordered they could only get 10. They said all the big brand stores (target, Walmart, ect..) got priority for sourcing product. Which sucks because these stores wont limit the number of items you can buy. So with out a doubt you will be seeing people buying literal carts worth of products on release day. For example, I just saw a picture of someone at costco's 151 blooming water release today buy about 90 boxes.

@BearcatThunder there is some reports of target trying to slow the buyers with limits, but yes. The distribution systems feed the big fish first. This will be a hard set for anyone and everyone. Good luck!

Great round up! I'm looking forward to the next one. I pre-ordered a couple different promo packages of prismatic evolutions but couldn't bring myself to spend $160 for an ETB. This set is the first one in years I've actually been interested in.

@gotanks333 thank you. PE is going to be a set like no other to get. At this point I'm saying personally I'm willing to pay 100-110 per box just seeing this demand. January 17th will be a day like no other in this hobby.

I preordered 100 for each at my lgs and it’s a pay in store so I think prices are going to keep going up, I got 2 boxes with promos for battle partners from pc jpn and they’re preselling for 150 each on eBay last I saw so I’m conflicted on how long to hold both of those

@Joeybandough initially if your looking to flip it has to be like day of release cuz after that it's really unpredictable of what's going to happen. (Not advice just my thoughts on the topic)

my shop near me gets PE on the 17th first come first serve. ima line up hours early to get first in line and get as many as i can. also WHO is putting new regulation up for the bird flu stuff we might have a second pandemic if that happens pokemon will prob go through a second boom just like it did the last time. also the booming waters at cosco canada theres a video of a dude with like 15 to 20 of them in his hands. they didnt limit them and ppl were going crazy
