Biggest issue seems to be the continuous damage enemies does. Pretty sad, it makes the game unnecessarily hard.

What I've learned from you today: You have trouble picking up the unique sound cues that signal particular enemies coming after you. :P Observational skill are...EXCEPTIONALLY important in this game. This game is great though, I streamed it a Halloween ago myself. ...Despite my words, you found a gold pitcher in a tree and I never. Ever. Noticed that. Good eye.

The thing about the sound cues are that I would hear them, and then nothing would come after me, so it became meaningless. My guess is that the Shadow perk reduces their aggro range, but not the range that their sound effect plays. I had to learn to ignore them.

@@PhobiaSoft Oh yeah, I think you're right about Shadow doing that. ...I think I had the same problem but every time it happened I was like, "I don't see an enemy? Alright, I'm gonna find IT then." I would not let my guard down until I killed the source of every single noise... ...My playthrough had me meandering a lot. :P
