People who are good at flick shots have only practiced flick shots. They can make some nutty shots or go on streaks, but are also WILDLY inconsistent. (ask me how I know) Tracking shots and 'waiting for them to walk into your crosshairs' are different skills and if you never practice them it will lead to inconsistency.

@metro With the Bob Being Thrown in the Backline at 4:45 i think because its low rank and bob does a decent bit of damage, they actually checked if it was going to be an issue rather than "can i kill it" if the Small Cover window to Peak that corner is gone they would of had to move or wait out bob

It took me over 200 games and deranking and climbing back to get to my rank on Mercy. If you reviewed my gameplay, it was obvious I belonged in the rank I climbed to, but it took so fucking long.

I have the same problem with inconsistency as them. one moment I'm one clipping both supports, the other I'm unable to kill a zen that doesn't know I'm there (I main tracer as dps). Same thing as tank and support, moments of "insane" aim (for gold) in between a lot of missing half my shots. It's really frustrating Aim training before playing does help me, but I don't have that much time to play so I'd rather just jump in when I can instead of waisting time shooting bots and balloons for an hour and having even less time to play

There's no harm in just playing, don't bother with aim training too much, have fun first, get better second, it'll come with time and experience either way, might as well have fun doing it

As a GM Tracer main, try practicing trigger discipline. You aren't always going to be able to track someone perfectly, so just stop shooting when your crosshair is about to go off of them, and readjust. You'll do a LOT more damage.

I made a new account after being low bronze dps for 2 seasons. Placed plat 5 and climbed to plat 1 before the season ended. I’m still climbing and believe I belong in low diamond for now. I’ll go back to my “elo hell” account and will not climb. like you said, throughout time you will eventually climb, but in my opinion if you believe you deserve higher ranks, get an ult place and see where you go

He’s one of the few high-ranking people that say they’re in overwatch to the majority actually quit playing competitive because he’s wrong I love his videos and he’s usually right but he’s wrong in this regard so many people quit playing competitive because the matchmaking and the ranking system is garbage and too many high and players have them put low

I feel like a lot of people don't quite understand the diff between plat and gold/silv. I used to play a lot of QP and ARCADE, but recently started to play comp, and didn't have much problem with climbing. Now I reached plat 4 with widow and HOLLY the play-style is so different people know what they re doing (most of the time) and it is harder than in gold. Sometimes I am the one being carried cus I'm just not used to tryhard this much.

Maybe they just want to get good with widow? Some people have long term goals and aren’t just going to swap every time it gets tough just to win. Trust me, you can easily carry the widow against the bronze/silver enemies if you play better. You don’t even have to be a great player, just average.

People dont realize that smurfs and their throw bots go to bronze and silver You either have a throw bot on your team or a smurf on the other team. Carrying your team on damage and being better than the smurfs is the only way to get wins in low elo. Especially on support

I played a ton of timing shot on aim labs (top 200 all time) that scenario helps with timing those shots on the rapid A+D crouch spam that widow players deal with often.

After season 5 i launced the game and it crashed my pc and i recieved a YELLOW screen of death after a restart game was stuttering and textures were messep up genji was a tv static light effects were rectangles of static and on fire ult kill feed cluttering my screen and i scanned and repaired the game, now i can climb without the fps drops and visual clutter.

I love your videos however every time you say you will eventually be where you’re supposed to be if you play enough games it’s not true in overwatch 2, anyone that plays competitive can see that the ranking system and the matchmaking system are both absolute trash even some mainstreamers and some pro players are being put lower than they should be some of them considerably .overwatch two is definitely broken and has been since launch, and they have yet to fix it they just keep making excuses . the amount of games you play will not equal to you being where you should be all the time especially not in this game

i think he looked at BOB to know where he was going to be at so that he could continue to hold the space he had. if BOB went to a position where he could shoot widow, then he would have to move, it was a quick glance too so i think it was the right play. it was safe and smart
