Eight years ago, I found this beautiful video. Two years ago, I started a job where I had to drive across the country being away from my family for weeks, sometimes months at a time. On a whim, I decided to look this song up on Spotify and, low and behold, I found it! Not only did I find this, but buried deep in their discography are two albums from when This Wild Life was a pop punk band, and a damn good one. Those two albums, plus this song, kept me going for a very long time. Thank you guys so much.

I've come to a place where I hate most all music, but this song is still my favorite obsession that I can listen to without fear of tiring of it. Thank you for creating such beauty, even if it isn't an original.

The only reason this version is better than the original is because they bring the soul out of the song. And this is amazeballs
@ignacior.25334 жыл бұрын
Neither version is better than the other, they're two different genres and everything is a matter of opinion, do not make a statement about something that is not true mate

this is purely timeless and would've been a radio classic had it come out in the 90's. What I love about Sleepwalking is both this version and the original are so powerful and beautiful, each in their own completely different right. It's one of my top 5 songs of all time.

7 years I’ve come back I heard this song young Lost and sad This song left me in tears many nights attempting to find myself To not let betray or heart brake hurt so much. I finally found my footing after years of getting back up and fighting. This song man… it helped me so much. I hope it helps you too!

This song perfectly captured my experience and feelings while doing EMDR therapy for PTSD. Now that I'm healed and time has passed, I still listen to this song and have a humbling sense of that difficult journey, and the opportunity I now have to start again. I so love this version, I would have passed by this song if they hadn't reimagined it so beautifully. ❤️

@ciscoisaboss9 жыл бұрын
Madara Uchiha Six Paths do the cover at your own choice, it's quite boring seeing the exact same as the original. The fun part of a cover is to hear a different and an unique sound to a song we all know. You can take this acoustic version as an example...
