I appreciate you. I tried buying a building and did early occupancy. Had an airbnb in one side and my company's office on the other side. I knew nothing but from your Free content, I had 90% occupancy. Granted, it was busy season for our area but I was booked when many of my competitor's calendars were open, all thanks to 20 hours of free content from you. Building didn't work out, but your content got us cash flowing day 1 and I'm now keeping my eyes open for more opportunities. THANK YOU!

I have such a weird answer.. i pay some of my employees a commission for the sales. And even if you wanted to buy the course without their assistance, i would still have you checkout through them so they get paid. So, if youd like to not get “pressured” on a call. Ask for andrew or alberto in my IG dms and they can give you assistance through chat to purchase. Including answering questions and providing info @airbnbautomated

good info on 9:00, wanted to know if it matters what rabbu rates the occupancy, i found a market that shows avg 29%, is that accurate or do you have to do it the manual way going into the calendar

Sean, I struggle a little bit with giving discounts on pricelabs and on airbnb. I know that airbnb will prioritize my listing if I give discounts on airbnb. Is this a topic you have covered?

Thank you living in a section 8 house my landlord is Indiana he charging us for repairs that wasn't fix before we move in.i took picture i spoke with my caseworker the house has mold. I pay rent on time his mad the housing won't give him more money so he told us he getting older he can't keep up with repairs.. i don't know what to do next i need $2000 to get into another place o have 2 disabled kids
