As somebody who inherited a dead alliance: because it gives me the maximum alliance buffs without the pressures to engage with the social aspects too hard. I play the game at my pace, and I’m not going to rush characters or builds to meet someone else’s requirements. I’m also at the point where as long as I use Boost Points intelligently and don’t neglect collecting Dispatch rewards or fail to collect another massive source, I have enough energy to run Dimension Missions at max level up to the final real tier (X-Gene box), GBR to max Faltine drops, the content board that drops ISO & Custom gear (not not the bios-only missions), a full auto play Dimension Rift, and all four Story Mode Ultimate completely. The only real thing I’ve got left to spend energy on, since I just don’t need bios anymore (I have enough stored up to immediately max any uniform as soon as it drops, and get them fast enough to refill that capacity and still get characters to 80 as soon as their potential unlocks). The only two places I can meaningfully spend additional energy are more Rifts and to get rewards in Dispatch, which I run into trouble actually having the time to do. For solo players already at end-game who aren’t social, a dead alliance is a gift, not a curse.

Same. I’m a vet. Maybe 7 year vet. Very small spender until I got all t2s. Then I started spending more. I liked the grind and didn’t wanna buy my way. I built 3 rank 1 characters for free. No money spent. After some spending and LOTS of grinding I have 12 rank 1s. On the top 20 wbu/wbl board. I don’t wanna be forced to spend building stupid pvp metas, or pve who are only good for abx. The game is more fun when at your own pace and alliance tournament isn’t worth all the metas you “need” to build instead of characters you like and want.

You forgot about the Shield Level for newer players. Each time you go up a level, your energy gets reset to max, so it makes sense to try to increase your Shield Level when you have as little energy as possible. Actually I'm not sure if this has changed since I was a new player.

I would argue with the energy recharge. If your just under max. Say 119 energy. Hit the recharge for 120 energy. it stacks. Bring your total to 239 energy. Before everything Alex said in the video.

the win timeline battle is always posible, there is a system in place that give you 1 win every day, if you are on a losing strike the give you a battle to 1 star team

They need to either make silver surfer meta for pve again or introduce the red sentry outfit or a gladiator uni or apocalypse I wonder what the next update is I’m tired of Netmarble releasing unis like odins where at first he was op at tier 3 then they nerf him, pretending because they gave him more hits like they made him stronger because they want him to be stronger at tier 4 it’s messed up like they’re introducing straight wheat characters lately like a little stronger here a little stronger they’re pretty much the same as every other uniform they promised they would start releasing more overpowered characters for us, especially who can’t cheer for everyone because they don’t give you enough resources takes like a year just to cheer for one character when you’re free to play I just want them to release stronger characters.

I have 15k energy. Why? For energy spending events. So I can get everything and still have energy left over for everything else. I work 8+ hrs a day, and I don't get paid to play this game, so with the limited time I have to play this game and others that I play daily, no, hoarding energy is the way.
