Your stride looks so relaxed, even on the 4th mile at 5:05. I'd love to see you move up to the marathon once your track career is over.

Watching Clayton's foot strike, you get the feeling that he'd still be fast if he were running in ballet slippers. So smooth and that turnover looks effortless.

Nice run! Smooth turnover. I’ve been wondering if there’s a key muscle group I should focus on when lifting to help improve my turnover.

Turnover is more about your nervous system than your muscles. Do some strides with quick turnover on easy days to work on it

My cadence tends to be 150 steps per minute on most of my runs and can go up a little bit from there on faster tempo runs (155-160). I really only get to 170-180 steps per minute when I’m doing repeats on the track.
