I worked for a landscaping company for 16 years n we had our own crusher for dirt….black earth, manure, peet and sand Try adding some sand to your soil before you screen it, sand will make it less clumpy n easier to shovel and rake it if this advice helps

Since you are a boss I want to ask you. As a boss, if someone applied for your company that had a solid work record, however had some medical issues and had been off for over a year due to those issues, what would make you want to hire them? I had what was supposed to be a basic 3 disc repair and got a really bad infection from one being messed up by the doctor. I am fine now but no employer will touch me . First because of the gap in my employment, second when back surgery comes up it's over. My doctor says I am probably disabled but is best to make all the money I can and honestly I feel no pain and am not restricted in movement in any way. What does a person need to say in an interview to get a boss to give them a chance? I've never went through this before. I love the channel man. Edit- like if a person had proof they were ok and a doctor's release. Why will the companies still not touch me? Maybe going to CDL school will help.
