I love that last seller. A trustworthy commanding but also really calm non-demanding voice. I would love to do business with guys like that. He listens and then becomes straightforward and goes directly to the point. That type of person actually makes sure it is a win-win situation when all is said and done. (A good guy! - Trust me on that) I bet he works (or used to work) with something business-related. (Actually, a bit curious to hear about his background.) Not that it is any of my business but it is always fun to see if you can read a person correctly based on a short conversation.

Just sent an Arnold the Original to a buyer in Hawaii. Special part was that it was stamped with “Arnold at Adios” from Adios Golf Club in Florida. Before I did the research and learned about Adios I played a round and sank a putt from a bunker with it.
