RECIPE #1 00:01
3 zucchini.
1/2 red onion.
Salt.
stir.
Leave on for 15 minutes.
Parmesan 70 gr. / 1/2 cup.
15 minutes later.
Squeeze out the water.
1 egg.
Philadelphia or ricotta 180 gr. / 1 ​​cup.
Breadcrumbs 140 gr. / 1 ​​cup.
Chives.
Black pepper.
Mix well.
Bake in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 30 minutes.
Olive oil.
Vermicelli 1/2 cup / 100 gr.
Fry until a nice golden color.
Rice 2 cups / 400 gr.

butter 1 tablespoon.
water 3 cups / 600 ml.
vegetable or chicken broth.
Cover with a lid and cook over low heat until all the water is absorbed.

Salt 2 teaspoons.
Let the zucchini stand for 15 minutes.

Parsley.
Dill.
Remove water from zucchini.
Mix all the ingredients!
Bread.
Mix.

Black pepper.
Caraway seeds.
Cornmeal 1 tablespoon.
Olive oil.

Garlic.
Olive oil. Wig.
Let cook for 2-3 minutes.

Potatoes 600 gr / 21 oz.
Coarse salt 3 tablespoons.
Olive oil.
Cook in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 50 minutes.
3 zucchini.
1 tomato.
Feta Cheese 200 gr / 7 oz.
dill and parsley.
2 garlic.
2 eggs.
Salt. Black pepper.
Thyme.
Cheese 3 tablespoons.
The potatoes are ready!
Cook in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 30-35 minutes.
Cheese 80 gr / 2.8 oz.
2 eggs.
Butter 50 gr / 1.7 oz.
Salt. Black pepper.
flour 2 tablespoons.
Mix thoroughly.
Milk 350ml / 1.5 cups.
add cheese.
Mustard 1 teaspoon.
Dijon mustard 1 tablespoon.
Add 2 egg yolks.
Mix well.
The sauce is ready!

baking soda 1/2 teaspoon.

Basil.
Mix well.

Mix.
Parmesan 80 gr. / 1/2 cup.
Dill.
Divide into 2 parts.
Chives.
Divide into 2 parts.

Remove water from the potatoes.
Mozzarella 100 gr. / 1 ​​cup.
Bake in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 1 hour.
Cover with foil if necessary.
Mayonnaise 1-2 tablespoons.

Dill. Chives.
Garlic.

1 carrot.
Sauté vegetables for another 3 minutes.
Mushrooms 150-200 gr.
Fry until the mushrooms are done.

Rice 100 gr.
Water 2.5 cups / 500ml.
Cover and cook until all the water is absorbed.
4 zucchini.
Olive oil.
4 cherry tomatoes.
Tomato paste 1.5 tablespoons.
Hot water 1 glass / 200 ml.
Mix well.
Cover with foil.
Bake in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 40 minutes.
Parsley.
Blend finely with a blender.
2 eggs.
Flour 100 gr. / 1 ​​cup.
baking soda 1/2 teaspoon.
Salt.
Mix well.
Olive oil.
Fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
Greek yogurt/sour cream 2 tbsp.
Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon.
Dill.
2 garlic.
Mix well.
