That's a master volume control. It's a BIG ol knob like that so yo can control it on-the-fly with your foot!

Woah! That's wierd. I never noticed that in the video before. ... It's definitely a VIDEO problem. I just tested the unit (right now) to make sure - I could've sworn it never had that problem - and for sure, the unit does NOT have any volume problems. It is the video-compression or whatever that is causing that volume drop. And if you notice it's not entirely consistent in the video. It may be the camera I was using too. But rest assured, it's NOT a This1smyne problem. Thank's for the heads up.

I see the volume. Above the knob near the blue knob is a hex nut thing.

Oh, sorry. That's an extra external tap-tempo jack. T1M thinks of EVERYTHING!

It sounds like the 2nd echo is louder than the first echo, then the it goes back down. Not good. Maybe it's just a weird camera mic, or youtube signal compression.
