My cake decorating videos have been very highly requested, so here is the Polar Express Cake that I made for Liam's 4th Birthday!! This was such a fun cake to make and it turned out so magical! Amyms27 hey! How exciting! I won’t have a video up by then... but I follow the Wilton marshmallow fondant recipe... I just make sure to only add 3/4 of the powdered sugar at first... and add more if needed otherwise it will get too dry 😉 let me know if you hav questions! You may want to put parchmment paper on the bottom of your pans .... the cakes will just pop out 😊

This Crazy Life yes. Trace the bottom of your pans onto the paper ( just make sure you’re using parchment paper not wax paper). Butter the form then lay the parchment and you’re good to go 😊
