An example of that is when SmackDown vs Raw 2006 you have to defend your title against Chris Masters in a ladder match. And when you climb the ladder it immediately cuts to Trish Stratus knocking you off and taking the title for herself.

Recording in a noise-cancelling booth is much better for quality reasons. Doing it in an open arena would cause unintended reverb while recording and the noise levels would vary greatly
