If I remember correctly he apparently got a robot arm surgically put on him to "help him choke out opponents faster". I hated the career mode in 2k20 but I enjoyed the fact that they didn't just have your characters start out in wwe right away and they made you play matches from independent shows. Thats the only bright spot about it in my opinion
