The way Josie won reminds me of one of the matches between Angle and Taker where one had the armbar slapped on but their shoulders were down. I forgot who was in which position.

Angle had Taker in some sort of Leg Lock Sleeper, Taker put Angle’s shoulders on the mat but he tapped. Ref counted the pin cause he didn’t see it. I just watched that episode yesterday lol.

I actually just did the goddamn story with a custom character as player . Generally speaking , whenever in SVR 2007 the advertised PPV is SummerSlam that means we must get handed some crazily embarrassing losses . The ladder matches happening in this story are 2 - and u lose them both in the same way , ergo Trish unhooking the title both times . If you're on the non champions path you'll get a rivalry with Edge and Candice Michelle and well ... we all do remember about her stupid plastic wand knocking us out , right ?

I can take the occasional cutscene loss if it advances the plot of a current storyline my wrestler is in but fucking hell I'm glad I skipped 2K20, if I was lucky to make Tre look the way I currently have my 2K22 Male MyRise superstar look like I'd have been so pissed off, how can you relate to a character who's that dumb? Booger from ECW Anarchy Rulz could wash, rinse and leave Tre to dry.

That time in Here Comes The Pain where you come out after your ally's match and he's getting beat down, but then his opponent beats you down too. Then the next match start immediately with your opponent being the No. 1 contender (even though they're actually a jobber in the storyline) and he just pins you straight away

In the original Smackdown Vs Raw, if you beat John Cena for the US championship (I think), the GM will come out and restart the match and while you're throwing a tantrum, Cena rolls you up for the win. Doesn't hit an AA or even throw a single punch. Just a standard schoolboy pin.

Well ... not exactly . In SVR 2005's season mode the US Champ is not Cena but Booker T . When you beat Booker for the title , then Cena ( or Eddie Guerrero ) will challenge you for the title on the next episode of Smackdown ( or Tajiri in RAW if you beat Y2J for the IC title ) . Before the match , Booker ( or Jericho ) come in to inform the GM ( Kurt Angle or Eric Bischoff ) about the referee being attacked backstage and offering himself as the ref . Despite having doubts about this , both Booker and Jericho call it right down the middle and you keep the title . However , the GM informs all 3 men in the ring that the reason the referee was knocked out is because the former champion ambushed him backstage . The match is then restarted and you lose with the roll up . The storyline concludes in a unification match for the Undisputed US title at No Mercy ( or for the Undisputed IC title at Unforgiven ) . The same story plays also both for the World Heavyweight and WWE titles in their respective brands and PPV's .

Honestly, I like both Red and Tre. I understand 2K20 was a broken/glitchy mess of a game. In fact I skipped 2K20 all together. After 2K14 the last wrestling games I got was 2K18 and 2K19. With that said, I do enjoy the story of 2K20.

VS Raw for the PS2 if u were a champion and u beat someone at a PPV the next show that u were on (Undertaker VS JBL Smackdown!) then JBL would attack the ref before finding him "out cold" and become the ref for the match but after the match Kurt Angle would come out declairing that JBL's 3 count wasn't an official 3 count for laying his hands on a ref and then Kurt will have the match restarted and u cant win (or if u lost then u win)

Can we stop with all the sh*tting on 2K20? We get it. Most people didn't like Tre, and the game had a lot of over the top and goofy sh*t in it. I actually like goofy sh*t. I'm fine when wrestling games are more unrealistic, and I liked how Tre acts like a goofball, like the dance he does when he gets a raw contract. I think the worst part of his character is how he is depicted as being almost completely incompetent when it comes to wrestling. The real problem with WWE2K20, in my opinion, is the immense amount of game crashes
