BURPEES:
10 one pump
10 two pump
10 three pump
10 navy seals
10 five pump
Is Iron Wolf quick routine, but I added the Squats.
So, for the one pumps, do one squat after each burpee. Two squats after each two pump. Three squats after each three pump. Four squats after each navy seal, and five squats after each five pump.
I think that 150 squats and 90?, push ups? And 50 burpees. My math sucks balls on a hot summer day!!
