so talking hours, hours and "hours" on end on topics that really should not be spoken about at all is "commendable". sorry it is not. OK great he "was" a navy seal and the agency. he has spoken as many years on TY now that he was a SEAL. remember he "quit" both: navy and agency. others that retired from the agency and/or military what are they doing: QUIETLY teaching, baseball couch, ect. sorry folks: believe what you want IF you think these "talk allot" military shows are "cool" and "just like that game on Xbox" you play. it is not. no more than say 10yrs ago all these topics, words, story's of training, vetting, missions were OFF the list to speak about. and not it is not this "what i am authorized to say". informally and formally, they should say 10% of what they talk about. does any "good" US citizen and/or veteran do you think ONLY good folks watch YT. they talk DETAILED tactics, vetting, training, equipment and all claim that somehow NOTHING sensitive is being revealed or spoken about. and why?: they are not doing this for historical record. no folks. for likes, sell coffee mugs and subscribe. that YT analytics check in the mail ever month and they will yap, yap and "talk" about anything. remember the 'old WW2 adage: loose lips sinks ships. in the money world of YT these guys either never heard of that and/or simply do not care one bit. Oh: PS. i retired in 2009 and served as a DoD/DoS contractor for 8yrs in afghanistan mobile about 75% of the time (mazar and kabul).

@BigBear--Ай бұрын
Oh dude they, like most recruiters are relentless. I remember after HS, it was like 2002, and I took the ASVAB placement exam, and scored like a 96, or 98, just remember it was a high even number. At the time I was interested in the Army special operations track...I didn't know much about the Marines, Navy, Air Force, or Coast Guard. Not that I didn't know per say, but I was just more interested in specifically land based Special Operations. Anyway, the recruiter told me I could have my pick of where I want to get placed, and handed me a contract to take home to sign. My dad ended up talking me out of it (he served in the army in USSR), something I kinda regret this many years later (but who knows, he probably potentially saved my life). The point is for years, after I took the exam, I would have various recruiters calling me nonstop. I think they finally stopped around '09 or '10.
