That flying shot where Wanda flies into the town is always my favorite shot because it looks so natural and looks like it abides by the laws of physics despite not being real. Unlike most scenes where they just add a digital double and motion blur for take off scenes. Flying scenes in general always just look so natural for humans to do. Always wished I could fly like that.

I recommend you watch chronicle movie, I think it has the most realistic flying in any films, most realistic flying in general in my opinion would be the song “Sign of the Times” by Harry Styles Edit: also Burberry ad “Open Spaces” it’s so good, most of the things I mentioned are mostly practical & doesn’t do the usual superhero poses like the movies

I always find it so fascinating that we've gotten so far with the digital effects, that you can barely tell it's not real. But it still becomes uncanny valley and unbelievable if they never show an actual person. Something in your brain knows it's not real, without the real person.

I heard Tom Cruise is the only person on Earth to really learn how to fly untethered to keep all his earnings and so that fans could see it was his face in all the shots. He now also flies to work to save time and has been seen personally training Dwyane Johnson for his upcoming superhero movie. It's a reputation thing, you see.
