they'd need a lot of training to do it professionally without damaging their vocal chords. Could still be more who than what, but I'm pretty sure they still need a lot of skill and training to be able to consistently overexert themselves in a safe way.

I'm always intreagued about prop makers that make fake pictures, IDs etc. Movies with aged actors where you see dozends of family picturs of younger versions, different aeras,, together with kids (other actors). Passports or ID cards with convincing pictures but different styles and younger looking. It may individually not be a lot of work, but there must be a whole department digging through old pictures of the cast or photoshopping those. Having seperate photosessions with the actors, maybe with extra costumes / make up (beard, no beard, long / short hair)... Just to come up with these background items to be convincing.

Seriously, I always wonder the same thing. My eyes are always drawn to pictures where the actors are younger than the age they are when the movie is filmed. I don’t think I still have a single picture taken of me from before MySpace came out..

In some movies the actors provide personal photos of themselves, I think that’s what they did in Cheaper by the dozen for example because you only ever see pictures of one child on their own except with the real twins that played Kyle and Nigel

I have always been fascinated with the behind-the-scenes of movie making since I was a kid. Any one of these would be a dream job for me except for the roach person.

A bit disappointed with how this video portrayed previs. Previs is not necessarily CG at all. It can just be stunt people on a basic environment, and that's the case frequently for a lot of things.

Did you even watch the video? They do it because some things wilt, get cold, or somehow otherwise become unfit to eat and/or be filmed. They didn't just go "hey, let's use prop food for no reason and spend a lot more money". It's all done for a reason. Which you would know if you'd actually paid attention to the video...

With the pole or 8 balls they don’t show any proof it’s gonna be silent as he straight up missses the balls on purpose.
@aridddle
@aridddle 2 жыл бұрын
I don't think they are silent, just much less noisy. Racketballs are much softer in comparison to pool balls because they have to bounce off walls floors and racquets, and if they are to hard they will break the racquets and floor and also not bounce nearly as well. Pool balls don't have to bounce as much since they are transferring energy like those swinging metal balls people have. Hence the loud clacks when they connect
