I can totally relate to the baby #2 talks! We had our boy Oct 2023 and I always thought I wanted 2 under 2. But now that we’re at that time, I was feeling so anxious about the thought of being pregnant and having another child this soon. Once I released the pressure of the small age gap, I’ve felt so much peace!

Oh congrats! My baby boy's birthday is also in Oct 2023 but baby no 2 is on the way since 3 months, still not sure if this is good or not, but for my work it is perfect to have two close together and then be able to really start again!

Our son is 15 months and we JUST got pregnant with our second baby and one of the main reasons we did it this way is because I’m already 34 and I wanted at least two before I turned 35 because of potential complications and things. Since you’re so young you have a little more freedom with that! It really is all about your circumstances and I think you’ll know when your heart is saying you want a sibling for Connor now. Also LOVING all the little Christmas tradition crafts keep em comin I’m gonna try them all

Aw Congrats! That's the gap I want too! My son just turned 1 on Dec 1st so we are thinking about trying again soon and hoping to be pregnant around March when I turn 33 and that also means both my babies would have close birthdays ❤

I’m currently 31 weeks pregnant with our 2nd and our daughter turns 2 in a couple weeks. The timing was because I am 34 and wanted to have as many as I can at my age. I’m open to as many as God will give us. You’re young so there’s not need to rush, in my experience it happens when it’s supposed to or you will just know. Love your videos they are so calming and inspirational ❤

Pregnant with #2 & the age gap will be 2yrs 4mo. I didn’t feel at all ready to even think about #2 until my daughter was almost 18 months. Then we got pregnant quickly. You will feel ready when the time is right! It was crazy the difference 6 months makes.

I wanted all my children by time I was 30. I'm 28 and just had our 3rd and last!! All 3 of mine are 2 1/2 years apart and it's absolutely perfect. The older one was just potty trained before the next came along and was old enough to help getting diapers and such I love the age gap. My 2 older ones are best friends and also the best big brothers to their little sister! I will say the more you have the easier it gets! Going from 0 to 1 was really hard for me and to get into a routine and groove and everything being new! The 2nd and now my 3rd has been so easy!

Love the advent calendar idea! I still have my childhood Christmas advent calendar from when I was about 6 that we are using and for now I keep it simple and hold my son as we move the little bell to the next day pocket and he already loves it (has a big smile everytime) but will make things more fun once he (and any other babies I might have) are older. Also have seen a lot of mom's doing hot choclate stations filled with Christmas cookies, sprinkles, marshmallows, and of course hot chocolate mixes for their littles and I love that idea for later down the road

You will definitely feel ready at some point! My first two are 19 months apart and i am pregnant with my third which will have a 2.5 year age gap to my second! My first postpartum experience was very similar to yours. Very hard and traumatic but my second was so peaceful and healing. It helps so much the second time knowing that time will pass and also having another kid to focus on so you arnt hyper fixated on the baby all day helps.

I always do brown kraft paper for gifts and then fun ribbon! That way I can recycle or reuse the paper and save the ribbons to try to fit on future gifts but it still keeps it fun and pretty :)

My grandma said that the best age difference to have between children is 4 years. Apparently the current research agrees and, according to some studies, a close age gap between siblings actually lowers academic performance in both of them, which I found interesting, but need to read up on more.
