If you have long waxed laces and go for a hockey wrap around the cuff. The forward flex is just perfect on the sway/zoom👍

A stiff liner does the job too, I have both the zoom and sway. I'm using the myfit Fatboy liners and it works for me.

Seems like a better Cuff attachment service would be to offer Cuff Riviting. Since most have bolts that can be lost, you could rivit them so they dont fall off again.

I wish you would have took off the liner and compare the different cuff/boot connection (where the forward flex comes from) to see if they added plastic or else

Your Shell sizing pdf for the sway says 324mm for the 11/12. That seems very big.... Can you confirm this or give me the correct measurement please 😊.

Is it suitable for wide feet as I always experience pain around the midfoot with many skates....so difficult to find well fitting boots. Tks ivo

the 5th element, Genesys and Seba CJ skates are the widest if you want to be save.

I have a theory that Zoom was designed by an angry German six year old: Phuzion narrow? Kaze/Swell narrow? Next narrow? Then I will give you something real wide (and utilitarian)! Zoom (pro) is one of my heaviest skates, the liner is okay , but the shell is laughably wide, it's very hard to avoid heel lift (and stay comfortable). The 45deg buckle is the usual self destructing Powerslide plastic, the frame as you mentioned, has some extra distance thanks to the adapter (which, quite astonishingly, fits very well onto some hockey skate boots) and while the whole thing looks really massive, actually it isn't.
