On today's date, I'm presently a failed entrepreneur and former successful MNC employee. There are also many failed entrepreneurs like me, in the world. How many people are employed people and how many are entrepreneurs in the world? Which category has more headcounts? Certainly, employee category. Because not everyone starts entrepreneurship. People start businesses either by choice or after being victims of the situation. If it's a standard, decent job, then those working there are definitely well qualified. To get a job, one needs to pass the interview rounds. But to start a business, one just needs to start it - no elimination rounds are needed, sometimes they're often less qualified LOL. Many famous, legendary entrepreneurs like Bill gates never talk against education- even after being so successful after college dropout. Because they have the sense to understand the importance of education and degree. There are also many successful entrepreneurs, who were former employees. They value the employees because they know their business runs because of employees' daily hard work. They create job opportunities in society but don't show it off. But nowadays, insecure business owners, who often don't complete their formal education- feel overproud of themselves and insult employees for being an employee. Unfortunately, many of those business owners or so-called entrepreneurs were ineligible to crack interviews. That's why they started their own setup and even talk against education or jobs. Yeah..there are also a few heads, who started entrepreneurship because they don't prefer doing jobs. Anybody can start a business, but that doesn't mean everyone will be successful. It's a risky zone and not for all. So, always complete formal education before starting your career. If one fails, another will be still there to support. Do not block the options.

Being uneducated does not mean that automatically you will become a business man. There are lakhs of uneducated people struggling with menial jobs just because they are not educated. Similarly, educated does not mean you are always an employee. Infosys founder is a IIT guy for instance. If we teach some basic entrepreneurship in our college and schools, you will see many more highly educated businessmen
