I do the same when I clean. Then after the space is clean I pray a promise from the Bible so God can bless each and every space I clean. I am an empty nester and when I clean the empty bedrooms of my children I kneel by their beds and pronounce a prayer for their new families and homes. I recommend you do the same in each room. Thanks Tabitha. This video is a big help. By trying to get the whole house done in an hour, I was running out of time before I could get to some of the rooms that needed attention. Now, by focusing on the middle and allowing an hour for each floor, my home will be fully blessed every week 😊

Thank you for this great video! Yesterday I was binge listening/watching your fly lady videos while I was cleaning my home. I’ve been doing flylady morning and nighttime routines for years. We recently moved from a 750 sq ft home to a 2,500 sq ft home. My morning and nighttime routines were enough before to keep our home clean and tidy. Have you checked out The Inspired by Nikki channel. She has been doing an Everday and housekeeping series where she covers the basics everyday then 1 area a day doing Weekly cleaning, decluttering and deep cleaning as needed eg Monday Bedrooms. Tuesday Bathrooms, Wednesday - Kitchen and Office, Thursday - Errand day and Friday - Living areas. Saturday- Outdoors/car. CBreaking it up like this leaves less to do in one day of the week. She does Car & Purse day on Sunday pm I think. I love FlyLady but there are definitely different ways of doing things. How Jen does it use to do M - Glass T - Dusting W Vacuum Th Mop floors F Clean Bathroom Al and Saturday Change Sheets and still did Zone cleaning - over 8 weeks for different areas of her house.

Thank you so much for doing these videos! I have started and stopped fly lady so many times over the years. It always seemed so overwhelming. I think because she said to do the home blessing before the zone cleaning and I felt that with 8 kids my house was too messy to do the vacuuming and so I never got to anything. Now the app makes it so much easier to follow and I am finding if I can get my daily routines down then by Friday my house is more ready for the home blessing. Your videos helped me get going again!

The question i am interested the most - where are your little kids (that need attention all the time) while you are cleaning, cooking etc? This is the reason i can''t do this so often because my 2 kids (4 years and 11 months) need CONSTANT attention - they can fight or my little tries to walk, she can put smth in her mouth etc. How do you manage that :) ?

I'm already confused Is the weekly home blessing hour only for the living room? I don't think I could spend an hour cleaning my living room no matter how dirty it was An hour would be more than enough time for me to do a deep clean in my living room 🤔🤔🤔 Also what about the other rooms ?? Surely the hour would be better divided up and spent on every room 15 mins in the bedroom 15 mins in the bathroom etc. for an hour She talks about getting the deep cleaning done at another time Why not just do it while you're there on the Monday?? **I'm overwhelmed** 😫
