Thank you for making this video. I am looking into class pass right now and this was very helpful even though it was 4 years ago and so the pricing/pay structure has gone up but overall still helpful in explaining pros and cons etc

Being limited to certain gyms was the deal-breaker for me and I speculate that its a deal-breaker for many other people as well.

I don't get why there is a no show penalty, don't you lose that session? If you're paying for your spot for that session why is there a penalty for not going? And no unlimited = BS

arman sesar because it creates lost revenue to the gym as they now have an empty slot in a class they could have filled- so the no show fee goes to the gym for lost revenue.

Not at all worth it. Total ripoff. $20 cancellation fee for a 4 credit class. Unbelievable.

The reactivation fee is usually waived when you rejoin Classpass. Credits also roll over now ;)

They’ve made some great updates to the app, for sure! Good to know they usually waive that reactivation fee!!

“I don’t know why they sell credits in multiples of seven!” Next sentence, “all the high value classes are 7 credits.”

It still doesn't explain why they picked such an odd number of credits to be that "high value." That's why the statement was originally made. You end up with 1-2 useless credits that the end of each month that you must roll over (aka, pay for another month) to get use out of.

Thanks for sharing! I am interested in how you felt about the instructor's method of teaching during a live class. Did you feel motivated by the instructor? How is your experience different from an On Demand Class to a Live class in terms of the interaction with Instructor? If you could improve one thing of the Instructor's Method of delivery what would it be? What was it that you did not like about the coaches delivery? Thanks so much!
