Hi, Roscoe. Was seriously waiting for your take on this song, so thank you for this. I've read from some comments at various places : a true summer bop, perfect for house dance, JK reaching out to different music genres, can actually already see ARMY singing at the tops of their lungs and vibing to this at a concert (cue the underwater lights!), and that he sung the chorus 11 times because it's their 11th anniversary. Our JK did really well with almost zero promo - number 1 on iTunes in 101 countries the last i heard - in the fastest time. I think even surpassing Seven...hmmm...and Seven was already so big. Jungkook said the "never let go" repeated chorus part is long because he actually tailored that part for a house dance performance. But he didn't had enough time to record the performance before going to military. He was taking house dance lessons back in 2022. It'd have been more amazing to see the performance aswell but still it's so good. Love how these festa songs are these unhinged outlets for his creative freedom We got a jazz-lofi hit SWY, lyrics from our wv messages My You and now a hyperpop fused pop track because he got inspired from a sample... he's so UNPREDICTABLE and I love that. I also read in my travels that in verse 1 where Jungkook says "Never Let Go" he says it 11xs representing BTS' 11th Anniversary and in verse 2 he says "Never Let Go" 12xs representing next year with BTS. So, JK is staring the "never let go" repetitive is tailored to a house dance performance! Okay and so what!!!!! This is nothing compared to Suga's Agust D's 18 repetition line of "everything will be okay" from Snooze. This was inspirational, while JK's is just genetic dance blah!!!! Sorry, but I expected so much more from him and with his vocals, which are so underused in this song!!!!! Sorry, to all JK Army if he is your bias!!! But I so wanted something so much better from him!!!! I'm fully prepared for the hate responses, which is so anti BTS behavior, but go ahead and hate on my personal opinion. Because my one opinion doesn't really matter anyway!

I am old, I have never been to a club and... I love this song! Totally fun to sing along and swing while doing housework. Great way to wake up in the morning and wish them a great day in the military. Can hardly wait to see what Jin does when he comes back. Hope he takes some time off too though, relax, tourist around the world, visit other artists and chill out after being in a leading position for a while. Have a great week Roscoe!

Sorry, but this song does nothing for me - it sounds too repetitive, like it's filler because they couldn't finish the song!!!! It doesn't tell a beautiful story, like Jimin's Closer Than This!!!!
