What a wonderful idea. Here I'm thinking my son and I can make a garland for each of the seasons. Just have to find a wooden cutout that will fit the seasons. Snowflakes for winter, flowers for spring, beach ball or flip flops for summer. Other color beads. Wow my mind is working on overload. Thank you. 💜

Put a small piece of tape over the end of your twine so it doesn’t fray will putting beads on. This is so cute!

Can those little wooden "pumpkins" also be used as "APPLES"? I agree with you about someone criticizing you decor. Love your string of pumpkins. My Mom is my worst. My husband and I built and paid for our cabin type as we went. Took us about 6 years. We have vaulted ceiling and a big long shelf that goes over the dining room area where the ceiling comes down to about Eight feet. We have a shelves over all our windows in the house. A shelf the whole length of the kitchen wall over the window. My husband loved antiques. I was an RN and collected things in the medical antique. My Mom called our house cluttered due to the antiques all over the shelves. She did not like my shelf related to nursing. Antique bedpans and urinals and slop buckets. I bleached those items really well and sprayed them with Lysol before putting them on the shelf. The shelves do get a little dusty and have to get cleaned, but this is a process that takes a couple of people due to the height and safety issues involved. I can't do heights. My husband passed two years ago in June from a massive heart attack. My house I like it my husband and I decided on it. I would not change anything. I like seeing him in it everyday.

When I do the Hand lettering or with stickers or stencils I intentionally make them wonky because I could never get them straight. I have issues with my hands that make it difficult to get things exactly where I want them so I don’t try and it looks like that’s the way it supposed to be.
