Somehow I never heard of you till this year. I stumbled across you on KZbin because I was wandering through the cigar box guitars. I don't know what inspired the urge to look up CBG but I found a guy named "something" Speal talking about making them and he mentioned your name so i looked you up. I gotta say, it's been a lotta years since I've heard someone "new" that I was this excited about. I've seen several of your videos now and am nothing but impressed. I love what you're playing, ive been playing guitar for years but I love the way you give beginner type lessons that are so genuine. And you get it right by the emphasis you put on the rhythm in those lessons too. Your "Roots on the Road" videos are great too. I learn things on every one I've seen. You're a genu ine individual. I'm glad I found your music. It's a real breath of fresh air. I love it!

Ya know what I loved the most in this video? That picture of John and June Cash over Justin's right shoulder. It just seemed to add an air of heritage to that studio and I have a feeling it effects Justin's playing. Loved both of these tunes dude you are phenomenal!! Now why do we not see you using that gorgeous Les Paul behind you?

Loving the tunes you've released. Great mix of instruments. Either you've chosen to remain anonymous or you have had something legal/contractual that has kept you on a leash. I'm definitely liking what I hear.

Love the music as almost always, but I always wonder how you perform these pieces in concert... You don't have any French blood by change, BTW? In my experience it's typically French to prefer clones over coworkers/players/whatever ;)
