I love the Body Armour Lyte too especially during the summer for hydration when I'm not into drinking loads of water. The hibiscus flower is Jamaica flower that's used as a steeped tea sweetened into a popular drink in Hispanic communities. Those organic tiny gummy bears are my favorite hands down of any gummy bear made.

I want to compliment y’all on your background. It’s fun to watch you 2, but the overall set up and lighting makes it that much better. Love your channel. You mentioned Celestial Seasonings Tea. If you get a chance, try "Bengal Spice" with a little honey. On the box it says "brimming with cinnamon, ginger, cardamom and cloves, this adventurous blend is our caffeine-free interpretation of chai".

I typically always drink decaf tea now, but that's mainly because I only drink tea if my throat is bothering me or if I'm cold. I used to drink regular then would be up all night and it took way longer than I care to admit to realize why.

Kate was thinking of Black Forrest gummy bears. Also I find it amusing that Kate found it weird eating the dried hibiscus, then has no problem with the tea, the pea pods, chocolate, and all the other products made from plants. Hibiscus was actually listed as being in the tea.

Trader Joe's regularly cuts the bottom 10% sellers from their lineup. There have been many times when they've stopped carrying something I liked. The upside is that they're always getting new items, so there's always something new to try. Hibiscus trivia: The state flower of Hawaii is the yellow hibiscus. The Rose of Sharon, another type of hibiscus, is the national flower of South Korea, and is mentioned in the Korean national anthem. Okra (the vegetable) is in the same plant family as hibiscus.

Trader Joe's has items that are available year round and then items that are limited edition (they will release products for holidays like Thanksgiving and Christmas, for example, that are only sold until those holidays are over). Also, I don't think tea is as popular in the US as coffee but there are still people, like my mom, who prefer it over coffee (my mom does not like coffee and my family drinks decaffeinated tea). Side note: Kate, the name you're thinking of is Black Forrest.

I literally just left there-they have the best premade salads and wraps! This is admittedly due to Kate and Al's good influence;. I hadn't been to Trader Joe's since I moved from Houston to Florida. So many great Trader Joe’s items today! I’ve never seen those hibiscus flowers there! I’m gonna have to look next time! I looove the gummy bears and jelly beans from Trader Joe’s as well! It’s crazy how popular it’s become with how many people are reviewing stuff on line now 🤣 I have to go first thing when they open at 8am, or it’s just jam packed the rest of the day! Shoot, even when I got there 7 minutes before they opened the other day, there was already 3 people waiting for them to unlock the doors and 8 cars waiting 😳🤣 but you’ll love the isle of all the beauty and seasonal goodies they have! They used to have a pear lotion that was HEAVEN! Haven’t seen it in 4 years now 😢 kiddos also loved their chocolate waffles they used to carry about 7/8 years ago. I wish I could send you their frozen mochi they have! Their peanut butter and chocolate, and also the mango ones! Yes, We do like our "nuts' in the U.S. As far as Rocky Road flavored items, I've never had any with raisins...always with nuts, marshmallows and chocolate. It's one of my favorite ice cream flavors. Likewise, you are correct about Americans being coffee enthusiasts, but many of us do appreciate caffeinated hot tea. I think the reason for non-caffeinated herbal teas popularity is due to folks trying to wean themselves off the caffeine. I would never have a cup-o-joe or even a regular tea before bedtime, but I would go for a nice herbal blend tea before snoozing. Happy Munching K&A.

I really like you guys. I kinda wish you would incorporate more games, not necessarily tournament style like the WTF challenges, but just one-offs on the daily. It's funny that you mentioned how many people must have called in to customer service saying the tea didn't make them feel like owls. There was a class action law suite against red bull because it didn't actually give people wings haha. So many people claimed that red bull didn't give them wings that they all got like 3 bucks.
