It would be cool if in a future GTA game they could put several prevalent cities in at the same time. So imagine the next game default starts you in Los Santos but one of the missions requires you to fly to Liberty City and from there you unlock that feature. So at anytime you can go to the airport and fly to San Andreas or Vice City or wherever. Maybe you can own houses in every city once you get rich enough. Maybe each map offers its own variety of side missions and characters. Maybe part of the main story involves you flying to each place and gathering a team for a heist or something. Multiple maps of multiple cities accessible through air ports would make things feel so big and unique and add so much playing time and exploration.

My first GTA was probably GTA2. I don't remember exactly but it was one of them where the camera is frozen to the top and it's just a top down camera view for the entire game. Then I played all of them (except for the "stories" flavors of liberty city and vice city).

i really really love the gta vc map, i wasted so many hours of my life in that game simply exploding everything with a tank. my first gta was gta1 on ps1 but my parents gave the ps1 to someone, then i started playing gta vc and it was love at first sight, definitely my favorite. so excited for gta 6 and walk through this roads in a fresh and new game.

My first GTA games were Liberty City Stories and Vice City Stories on PSP. Then GTA 4, San Andreas, and GTA 5 on Xbox 360. Then I got the Xbox One and now PS5 versions of GTA 5 over the years. Still need to get the definitive edition trilogy.

I would separate those cities by two, set one units of cities at the North-west side of the map & second unit of cities at South-east of the map & everything else in middle... that would be one giant map with two giant cities at the two corners of it, so you would see everything else during the driving between this two cities. plus, put every gta content in one game, move around mission locations across the map so it would be more immersive, man this need some times & dedication & this will actually can be look, sound & feel like a real game instead of synthetic exhibit object.

Man I'm gonna feel old when I say I played GTA 1 or GTA 2 as my first GTA. Cannot remember which one exactly, but I actually played them both, just don't remember which one I played first. Was super hyped when GTA 3 came out because it was 3D. Played every GTA since then that came out on PC. GTA was released 2 years after I born and growing up I played all of them there one where there is a huge structure where you drive inside and get a mini Cooper but back then it was pretty hard not sure why but I really loved playing these games when I was younger I wish they would go back to simple things like San Andreas and 4 in my opinion 4 was so much better physics wise that 5
