Just saw a video from the Norwich city yt channel. They said that they got offers from betting companies for higher revenue but say that they will never put another betting sponsors on the front. That’s makes the kit even nicer for me having lotus as the sponsor

The white band on the Boro shirt was originally brought in by Jack Charlton when he became manager in the 70s. It was so the players could see each other easier when they looked up. It's been on and off ever since but in recent years has become a permanent fixture on the shirt

What do you want from a Boro kit. The white band showed up in the mid 70s and has been pretty much there or thereabouts since. It gives us our own style not one of a plethora of red and white clad team, a bit of individuality if you will. One thing is for Shure weather you like it or not most football fans know it's Boro. Some are better than others for sure but at least you know who it is. And this weird fixation with rugby, I ask ya.
