If this is their first time meeting how does she know his named and why does she say it's so nice to see him again?

Many Cast Members already know who he is before they ever meet him and he has met the character Belle at the parks before, which they probably were aware of. This was his first time meeting this particular Cast Member and they met over a dozen times after this

I think that she says that it's nice to see him again so they don't break his continuity. I think he sees the characters, not the actors. And if they let the next actor know about Thomas to prepare them to greet him, I think that's wonderful!
