Hartford, Connecticut was founded by Thomas Hooker. Every year Hartford celebrates Thomas Hooker Day with the Thomas Hooker Day Parade.
Most of the costumes were made from different recycled materials - plastic bottles and soda cans, recycled wrapping paper and other Eco-friendly stuff. All people are real.
