Don't know why Gilman was so aggressive when he had the lead. Those sloppy shots at the end allowed the Indian to capitalize. Hats off to the young Indian wrestler. Very scrappy and great gas tank, never say die attitude. Bright future despite the loss.

@@nikravdos5723 yes we have proof...you see wrestling has been mentioned in the ancient texts like vedas.....Musti-han and Musti-hatya in the Rig Veda and Atharva Veda denote respectively the hand to hand fighter. But these are mentioned in the context of wars (RV 5-58-4, 6-26-2 and AV5-22-4). One of the wrestlers killed by Balarama was Mushtika!.....the problem is that in india this could not be preserved mainly due to war and climatic conditions...wrestling is also mentioned in mahabharata....it is estimated that wrestling is aound 5000 years old to india , 4000 years to egypt and 2500 years old to the greeks.......

Lack of proper coaching in wrestling? Tell me you're joking please. The gentleman on the mat-side in this video has produced Medals in 4 of the last 5 Olympics, atleast 1 gold in all of last 4 Asian Games(strong competition in Asia), and absolutely swept CWGs(not much competition there).
