Rosie being number 37 is because she is the 37th character introduced in the TV Series, same with Philip being the 68th character introduced (but I'm kinda mixed on how the numbering on the engines are in the TV Series cause some engines arrive w/o numbers and some given numbers going from behind the scenes. Even Emily was given the number 12 at the end of the show which I can't believe they took so long to give her one despite being treated like a main). Other than that, great review! While I haven't collected most WR these days due to me switching over to model railway, but I have to admit the 2022 WR range looks really cool than Wood (even if there are a few details that could've been a little better but still).
