My only big issues with it are that instead of Splinter being Hamato Yoshi, he was just a rat that learned "karate" from a book, and the Turtles fought very sluggishly, relying mostly on super strength and hacking their weapons around recklessly. Not to mention, everything with Megan Fox in it Other than that, I actually did enjoy the movie quite a lot for what it was

This is a much more realistic approach to the turtles as for some reason, they are always depicted as having the same strength as a human when in reality they should be much stronger than a human which is something I love about this movie because it actually fixes a continuity error that I have a problem with but that nobody else realizes.

I'm still waiting for the day that this fight is done with The Raid level of choreography. Can you imagine the masterpiece that it would be? Seeing Shredder and the turtles constantly moving with martial arts precision in a satisfying set of movements against each other? That would be amazing! But this movie is what came closest to that, despite the horrible "buck buck" strategy at the end. So this automatically makes it one of the best Turtles vs Shredder fights in cinematic history! The only fight that holds more weight both physically and emotionally is the one from TMNT 2012, where (spoilers) Leo manages to decapitate him after a loooong well coordinated fight

Shredder's boss battle, is one of those boss battles. You HAVE TO DO THE MECHANICS! You can't just beat him down, lol. Do those rolls and dodge those shredder blades! Little Fun Fact: Shredder was literally inspired by one of the creators taking a cheese box grater and putting his hand through the center of it. Looking at it, thinking: This would be a cool idea.
