@@thomascollectibles I could detail a really curious change in the way an YTKids appeal happens. Initially I could win every appeal by simply stating my video was produced for a General Audience. Luckily the analytics data supports that. But the AI has become far more ruthless especially in the last 12 months. I do laugh because the appeal process is quite robotic in the time it responds, it has all the hallmarks of zero human interactions. The appeal process seems to ignore a General Audience category. I no longer win any appeals no matter what I point out. Talking price , dropping adult language, explaining it's a product review, explaining the history of a toy or being a collector are no reasons in an argument. All I know is once the YT Kids flag hits the video is dead and hidden away. It's akin to having a video set to private. So it has me wondering exactly what is being served on the YT Kids platform. I have a very sneaky hunch it's all carefully selected BIG end of town productions.

@@thomascollectibles Maybe something I have noticed is the AI is really good at picking out children in a video. Be it on boxing or as a piece of video. Just be really careful putting in clips that show children, no matter what context they are used in. And I say that because the appeal process ignores any argument of context.

There used to be a store called “learning express” nearby me. My mom would take me there pretty often, and there was a huge wall of just wooden railroad stuff in the back. I have many memories of collecting new characters and rolling stock from the Thomas series. I still have pretty much all of them stored away at my dad’s house. I also had many of the buildings and accessories. This would’ve been the 2000-2003ish era. The day my parents got me a wooden table for my railroad, was one of the best days of my life. My parents also took me to see Thomas at the Cuyahoga scenic railroad a few times.

3:30 I still have a 21 year old 2002 wooden Thomas from that year which is quite withered as a few months after we got it I threw it in the backyard garden when I was playing with it as a toddler and my parents didn’t find it until when they were out gardening in that area a year later! So pretty much my 2002 wooden Thomas that I still have spent a year outside in our garden in 2003! :)

When i was 1-7 years old i absolutely loved Thomas. I had sooooo many of these wooden railway trains and tracks. My parents told me even at 1 year old i was building cool tracks that actually worked(they went all the way around). I had some of the small metal ones as well but i favored the wooden ones and the one with the blue plastic tracks. I grew out of playing with them tho obviously(im an adult now). Im not shittin on ya for collecting what you're passionate about. I myself just grew out of the thomas toys but the love and nostalgia will always be there. I favor collecting lightsabers now and hopefully some cosplsy stuff once i can afford it.

Can you do a video on very nishe wooden railway items like one I remember having as a child was a Perego moterized Thomas which was a ride along Thomas with a red coal car you sit in I remember that same coal car I had in a wooden railway form and on eBay it's known as the Perego coal car and it got me thinking what other rare weird items like that do they have out their anyways one day hopefully soon I'll put that coal car back in my collection and I'd live to see a video about that and other items that were weird to get and rare nowadays
