I honestly never had a taste for beer. As a youngun, I went to the drivein with a couple of buds, and the oldest looking one bought us a six pack of schlitz tall boys. Well, not really caring for the taste, I gave my two to one of the guys. all in all, i think he had four, maybe five. Then, of course, came him redecorating the outside of the passenger door with all four (or five) beers as well as some drivein concession stand pizza. Needless to say, that did nothing to entice me to want a beer - ever. Now, nearly 55 years later, I keep beer in the fridge, and yes, i do enjoy one now and then, but typically only after a really hot, dusty day, working in the outdoors or some construction project around the house. But, I LOVE this song and as a man, I accept the Truth of it. Looking forward to hearing more from this young man.
