If you liked that old down town, on your way to the beach one day, get off the interstate at Montgomery, take US 31 south, this is the lost highway by Hank Williams Sr.. Plus it will take you thru Brewton, AL and Atmore with has the most wonderful ole feel during Christmas time with all the white lights. Have safe journeys and be blessed. I enjoy your channel and find it relaxing when I’m at work. Thank you.

I used to go through Thomasville on the way to Camden to go fishing. I've stopped at that Wal-Mart a few times. lol I was reaching for something there for a second. I wasn't sure you were going to stop at that red sign. Thanks for the tour!

What a nice little town. Glad you like black cats crossing your paths, me too. 🛑 means yield right? You have great brakes on that truck. Never heard or saw your Bride. Tell her missed her smile and laugh. Have a great week. ~ Texas

You need to go back there and let us read the back of the sign. Now we don't know how Thomasville turned out.

Are there any old General Stores left in Alabama or surrounding states. We had a General Store close to where I grew up but it closed many years ago. I loved it! It had a little bit of everything. We could buy groceries, school supplies, candy, some clothes like overalls , tee shirts, hats, etc. Things to get us by until we needed to go to town for grocery shopping. I would love to see some if there are any still open.

The Thomasville sign said at the bottom..."Continued on other side... You didn't give us the other side of the sign, so now I will never know the most important part of the history of the town of Thomasville, Alabama. ...ha ha ha... "That was a suite E!" ...I get it... ha ha ha! You were on a roll, or was it a bagel?!

Yr right, EA, changing is overrated (sez the mom folding laundry while watching yr vid), or at least it used to be, pre-P, or I wish it still was. Ooh, just saw above: I want to be a neon reader! Bring Back Drive-Ins! Intermission over.
