Thompson Machinery offers a Customer Value Agreement (CVA) to any customer with a new or used machine to ensure maximum uptime. A CVA is an effective way for customer machines to run at peak performance while minimizing risk, cost, disruption, and loss of revenue caused by unscheduled downtime. 
The advantage of us performing a CVA for any customer is it frees up the customer to focus on their core business-building schools, powering hospitals, constructing roads, etc.-while we focus on what we do best-taking care of machine maintenance.
