@@PosemasterGeneral I can only imagine, this is the statue that made me go what is that?!?! Then I discovered sideshow collectibles and picked up 4 hot toys over the last year. Just not able to get this one yet. Bit spendy lol but it appears to be worth every penny.

Well that was a brilliant and highly respectful presentation. I just got this figure after a few years wait. I actually didn't think it would ever arrive. I was actually considering asking for a full refund then suddenly a notification that it had shipped. I've no idea where I'm going to put it. It's massive. Something will have to be sacrificed.

This is one of the three statues i want to order but I can't afford at the moment. The others is Wolverine vs Hulk and symbiote Spiderman. I wish sometime to have them in my poor collection. Just amazing.

Did you have any issues with the flames on the base? I had ordered this statue but had to return it since the two flames I think colored red or orange and green wouldn’t fit flush and the green one was loose. I received two statues with the same issues. I still want to get this but with my experience, I’m now gun shy.

Man! I really want to get this piece! The only thing that’s holding me back is the mixed media cape. Daniel Bel did such an amazing job with the sculpt on this one, that I’m afraid with my lack of artistic skills, that I may ruin the presentation of this statue when I try posing his cape.

If people like me were given resources to learn how to artistically pose a cape on those expensive statues, we would be more willing to buy them.

Totally feel your sentiment on this statue evoking the Simonson run!!! Huge fan of that Thor run myself. Got my CGC 9.0's of 337-340 and picked up this statue as well. Amazing piece. I was wondering if you snagged one of the exclusive versions with swap-out Stormbreaker?

I just tracked down my Simonson run at my mother's house this week. Not in the best of shape (certainly not 9.0), but it was still good to track them down. I have the Omnibus, but I'm frankly getting tired of reading such heavy tomes. Better to read the comics, I think.

That's true! But when I think of Angela, I think of Gaiman. Good as he is/was, and as much as I adored his stuff in the 90s, Todd has kind of fallen of my radar. It's the Gaiman connection that matters to me, so that's why his name was the one I dropped. Hope the omission didn't offend.
